Riji Support

Help with Riji's focus, goals and planning features, and the App Store edition.

Contact support

Choose Send feedback in the app, or email hi@xiaozilv.com. Describe the issue and include your app version, operating system and a screenshot if useful. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.

Apple sign-in and accounts

Use the Apple account you originally linked to recover your Riji account. Apple's Hide My Email is supported. On a new device, check both your Riji sign-in account and the Apple Account used for App Store purchases; they serve different recovery purposes.

Purchases, restoration and offers

The App Store edition uses Apple In-App Purchase. Available payment methods depend on your Apple Account and storefront. Riji does not ask for your card details. Check Apple's confirmation sheet for local currency, full prices, offer eligibility and renewal pricing before purchase.

If Pro is missing after purchase, check your connection and App Store account, then choose Restore purchases on the membership page. If it still does not appear, contact support with the order ID. You do not need to buy again.

Manage subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel Riji subscriptions in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Riji account does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime purchases do not renew.

Request App Store refunds through Apple. Apple determines eligibility and processing times under the applicable rules.

Records, cloud backup and account deletion

Journals and to-dos are primarily stored on your device. Pro focus-record backup requires active Pro access, a connection and a linked account you can sign back into. Check sync status before changing devices. Deleting your online account removes related cloud data but does not automatically erase local records or cancel App Store subscriptions.

Delete your account in Account & security, or email hi@xiaozilv.com to request access, correction or deletion. See the Privacy Policy for data uses and retention periods.
